Still Healing

My pathetic tree has found new life.

In all of you.

Your kind words of understanding and support have made all the difference.

And what's really weird, is that I never expected it.

I was unsure that ending the relationship was the 'right' choice nor did I think exposing the issue on line was the 'right' way to heal. But I've been proven wrong. I think, no, I know, I made the right choices on both accounts this time around. I have all of you to thank for that.

My spirit tree is now hugged by a vine. The vine shows the love and support from my cyberfriends.

It is not the vine's intention to completely cover the tree. For it knows acknowledging our past makes us stronger for the future.

But those sad negative feelings threaten to spill out into the rest of my life. Shadowing the future path my life will take. But I know you will be there for me.
Ready to send me positive energy that will transcend through space and nuture my vine. And protect my future paths from being impacted by the negative thoughts I am harboring.

The negativity dissipates and my spirit turns positive, light and happy again.
Renewed and ready for the next journey.
Thank you ~ I couldn't have done it without you!

Hi Lynn
This is beading at its best. You have combined your unbelievable talent with meditation on a life situation. Its always amazing to sit back and think about your thoughts when creating a piece. I'm sorry, I can't remember if this is a box you will keep. I hope so. Each time you look at it, you will recall your loving friends that helped you to overcome bad juju ~lol.

It is wonderful to have found a place where you can tell all and know that we are here for you. I feel the same about all my blogging, cyber friends. If it not for this some of us would be lost.

Lynn,
Your work is stunning. How incredibly heartfelt. It was love at first sight when I saw the cabochon in your header. Great work! Your blog is inspiring as it serves as both your gallery and an open journal into your heart. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks so much for helping it grow!

Your post made me cry. I felt so bad for you and then to take something so hurtful and turn it into such beautiful work is awesome to me. The beauty of the piece alone is striking but when I see the meanings behind each stitch makes this piece so special. The raised fence and the rays and stones are so expressive. I love doing bead embroidery. It is so relaxing to me. I made cuffs out of my Momma's antique buttons when I was healing from loosing her. It helped so much to express myself through beading.
Blessings to you,
Sharon
