Oh brother! I've spent the last 45 minutes attempting to customize my blog so it is wider. Well, limited success--I was able to expand the main part but not the header! Any suggestions???!
Maybe everyone can just ignore that annoying cream colored shadow running down the length of the blog........

Got a new banner-but still have the stripe. ~sigh~ I give up!
I think it looks awesome. It might be that the background image is not actually wide enough giving you the stripe. sis you do the settings in pixels or percent? sometimes percent works better.

I think it looks great, Lynn. Wish I could help with the stripe...I don't know why it would do that. Computers can be so frustrating! ;-)
