Eye Candy Galore!
Artbeads asked beaders to let them know what inspires them and offered up some great prizes to those who submitted entries. They are choosing the winner through a "people's choice" voting, and I loved looking at the gorgeous pieces that were submitted. I didn't get through them all yet, because I wanted to jump over here to let you all know about this too, so if you've got some time ......

i didn't enter the competition, but i did look at them all and voted the other day. lots of cool stuff to look at! and wouldn't it be nice to win the drawing? me me me me! i wanna win!

Wow Lynn, when you said you were new to the BJP I assumed you were a fairly new beader. Not so!!! Your post it note holders are gorgeous (and practical!). I feel exactly the way you do about competitions. Personal challenges are much better - you'll enjoy the BJP.
I love your netted circles for the aborted Haute Couture challenge. It might be fun to try to incorporate one or more of them into your Bead Journal Projects.
